About Harmoni

Harmoni believes movement is a part of everyone’s experiences and helps shape our memories. She has always had a heart for helping others and gets fulfillment from working hands on, one-on-one with patients. As a student of life, she has a curious nature and thirst for knowledge. This is evident with her interest in health and wellness and in the resiliency of the human body and seeking opportunities to expand her skills.

Harmoni was born in Houston, TX and grew up in Southern California. After earning her Bachelor of Arts she decided to return to her home state where she met her husband, Ryan. She enjoys the hiking, indoor rock climbing, bike riding, tennis, museums and spending time with their 2 young daughters.

Education And Training

Harmoni received her B.A. in Psychology and Social Behavior from the University of California, Irvine in 2009. In 2011 she received her massage therapy certification from Memorial Hermann’s School of Massage Therapy and became a licensed massage therapist in Texas. As a massage therapist she offered her services to athletes in Fleet Feet’s running training program. For the Houston Ballet, she assisted ballet dancers in maintaining their optimal performance. She participated in corporate health fairs, marathons and triathlons utilizing massage therapy and educating the public on injury prevention and ergonomics. After a few years of practicing she wanted to offer more ways to optimize the human experience through movement and decided to pursue physical therapy. She graduated from Baylor University as a Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2019. She has gained experience practicing at a myofascial release clinic before joining CHARM.

She is looking forward to expanding her toolbox and utilizing new tools such as the NeuFit and Redcord Neurac methods to restore and improve quality of life with her treatments.
