Referrals can be submitted through our secure referral form, by fax, or by contacting our team directly. Our staff will coordinate scheduling promptly and ensure your patient is guided through the next steps efficiently. If clinical documentation or imaging is available, we encourage including it to streamline evaluation and treatment planning.
What Regenerative Treatments Does CHARM Offer?
CHARM offers a range of advanced, non-surgical regenerative therapies, including platelet-rich plasma (PRP), platelet lysate (PL), and bone marrow aspirate concentrate (BMAC), often used in combination when clinically appropriate. These treatments are delivered with precise image guidance and selected based on the patient’s diagnosis, the severity of the pathology, and overall treatment goals.
What Interventional Pain Management Treatments Does CHARM Offer?
CHARM offers advanced interventional pain management treatments, including regenerative therapies like Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP), Bone Marrow Aspirate Concentrate (BMAC), and Prolotherapy. We also provide precise spinal, joint, tendon, and soft-tissue injections guided by ultrasound. Does CHARM Accept Insurance for Regenerative Treatments?
Initial consultations and many diagnostic services are typically billed through insurance when applicable. And although most interventional pain management and physical therapy services are covered by insurance, most regenerative therapies, including PRP and BMAC, are not. Our team discusses all costs transparently with patients before treatment and ensures they understand their options before proceeding.
