Attention CHARM and CHARMedSpa Patient:
In compliance with the Shelter In Place order issued today for Travis County, CHARM and CHARMedSpa will be closed through May 1st. CHARM staff is working remotely in order to be able to handle all patient needs until we reopen on May 4th.
The best way to communicate with the office is through your secure patient portal. If you do not have a portal set up, you can still call the office and leave a message at the appropriate extension. Please allow ample time for a return call as we have limited staff.
Telemedicine/Telehealth visits ARE available during this time with Dr. Harris, Dr. Rawson, Dr. Elizondo, and Michele Harris (live video PT visit). If you already have one scheduled, those will remain at their scheduled time. If you would like to schedule a telemedicine or telehealth PT visit, please call the office or submit an appointment request through the portal.
We appreciate your patience through this difficult and unprecedented time. We are committed to serving you throughout this closure period, and we are looking forward to welcoming you back in our doors in April!
