For the safety of our patients and staff, we have made the following decisions:
CHARM will be closed and not seeing patients 03/24-03/27. We will closely monitor the situation as the week goes on and make a decision about additional dates by Friday. Any decision will be in accordance with CDC and government orders or recommendations.
If you have an appointment scheduled on any of the closure dates, you will be receiving a call from a CHARM staff member to reschedule. If you are a post procedure follow up or a medication refill follow up, we will be given the option for a telemedicine visit.
If you have a Physical Therapy appointment scheduled during this time, your Physical Therapist will contact you directly.
Your phone calls and portal messages will still be answered and managed by CHARM staff. Please allow more time than usual for a response as we will be working with less available staff. We will do our best to return your call or message within a 24 hour period.
CHARMedSpa will not be seeing patients 03/23-03/31. We will re-evaluate the situation as we near the first of April and post updates.
We thank you for your understanding during this time. This is not a decision we take lightly. Please stay safe and help do your part to flatten the curve.
